POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager with experience leading large-scale projects valued at $50M or more. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and superintendents to plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality product delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a passion for building, a proven track record managing complex projects, and thrives in a leadership role. Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or several years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software for budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and permit procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate project teams and subcontractors.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with clients, project teams, and subcontractors.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges during construction projects.

• Competence in managing project budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring projects stay within budget.

• Efficient time management skills to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks.

• Commitment to safety and knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
