Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support business growth by generating new sales opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and driven by results. The position is fully on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through outbound calls, dedicating approximately 50% of the workday to prospecting and identifying opportunities.
  • Follow up on potential leads via phone and email to advance them through the sales pipeline.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with current and future clients, dedicating the remaining 50% of the day to relationship management.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, resolve customer service concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals and support additional tasks as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and relationship management.
  • B2B sales experience is an asset but not required.
  • Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to work.
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
