Inside Sales Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support business growth by generating new sales opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and driven by results. The position is fully on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through outbound calls, dedicating approximately 50% of the workday to prospecting and identifying opportunities.
- Follow up on potential leads via phone and email to advance them through the sales pipeline.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with current and future clients, dedicating the remaining 50% of the day to relationship management.
- Assist clients with inquiries, resolve customer service concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals and support additional tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and relationship management.
- B2B sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
