Title: Banking Specialist

Salary: $25-30/Hour

Location: Stoneham, MA

M-F 40 Hours/Week - Saturday Rotation

What you'll be doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs and recommending appropriate banking products and solutions
• Perform daily customer transactions, open and service accounts, and resolve account issues
• Act in a leadership capacity by training, coaching, and supporting branch staff
• Maintain strong knowledge of bank products, compliance, security procedures, and digital banking tools
• Support sales and performance goals, including tracking activity for incentive programs
• Serve as a flexible, floating team member with authority to open/close branches, sign cashier’s checks, and support multiple locations and roles, including community involvement

What you need

• Associate degree or 5+ years of experience in a financial services environment
• Strong decision-making, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting-
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, cash handling, and consultative selling skills
• Experience with COCC preferred but not required
