District Sales Manager
Practices buy technology that changes what they can offer patients—and they stay with the partner who makes that technology perform in the treatment room. This role owns a district of aesthetic and wellness accounts and turns clinical interest into consistent platform use, procedure volume, and multi-year revenue. You will be measured on results your physicians and sales team can see: placements that get used, teams that hit plan, and accounts that expand.
Performance Objectives
- Deliver the district revenue, unit, and margin plan by closing capital placements and recurring consumable pull-through.
- Build a qualified pipeline of face, body, skin, hair-removal, and women’s wellness opportunities and convert it on a predictable cycle.
- Increase utilization and reorder rates in installed accounts through in-service, protocol support, and staff training.
- Coach territory representatives to forecast accurately, run disciplined account plans, and win competitive evaluations.
- Protect price and compliance by selling clinical outcomes and practice economics, not discounting.
- Open and deepen key accounts—dermatology, plastic surgery, med spas, and OB/GYN—so the district is not dependent on a few buyers.
- Surface field intelligence that improves messaging, demo strategy, and product priorities for the region.
Environment & Resources
You lead a small field team and partner with clinical educators, marketing, and service. You report to regional sales leadership and work a defined geography with a territory plan, demo assets, and CRM discipline. Success depends on time in practices, not time in internal meetings. Travel is regular; clinical credibility and commercial judgment are both required.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven record owning a district or multi-territory quota in capital medical devices, preferably aesthetics or women’s health.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and holding a field team to forecast and activity standards.
- Ability to teach physicians and staff how a platform changes procedure mix, patient flow, and practice revenue.
- Comfort selling RF, laser, and light-based technologies against entrenched competitors without leading on price.
- Working knowledge of device sales compliance, including on-label claims and fair-balance communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience; willingness to travel across the district.
Why This Role
- A growth-stage, publicly traded device business with in-demand face, body, skin, and wellness platforms—not a single-product franchise.
- Clear line of sight from your district plan to procedure adoption, not just bookings.
- A selling motion built on clinical results and practice economics, with educators beside the commercial team.
- Room to shape how a district is covered as the portfolio and installed base expand.
