Join a leading provider of specialty equipment rentals and engineered power/HVAC solutions. We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our Power & Climate Solutions business by building customer relationships and delivering tailored equipment solutions across multiple industries.
In this role, you’ll leverage your consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and provide solutions including temporary power generation, climate control systems, and specialty rental equipment. The ideal candidate is motivated, relationship-focused, and experienced in outside sales within construction, industrial, or equipment-related environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch revenue growth through exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge across power generation and climate control equipment
- Develop new business through outbound calls, site visits, and relationship-building efforts
- Present turnkey rental and service solutions to prospective customers
- Partner with technical teams to support site assessments, equipment sizing, project planning, quotes, and customer support
- Promote additional product and service offerings to existing accounts
- Deliver sales presentations and equipment demonstrations
- Support collections and invoice follow-up activities when needed
- Track sales activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of outside sales experience
- Experience in construction, industrial equipment, HVAC, power generation, or related industries preferred
- Strong ability to sell technical or solution-based products
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities preferred
- Ability to support moderately complex equipment solutions and projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Compensation & Additional Information
- Base salary plus performance-based monthly commission structure
- Guaranteed monthly incentive during onboarding/training period
- Salary range: $70,000 – $110,000
- Professional business attire required
