Our client is looking for a few strong Sr. Loan Originators. This opportunity is a fit for established originators of short-term Residential real-estate loans (fix & flip, construction, multi family, single family, etc.). You will need a track record of success, as well as established relationships/clients.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and leverage new lending prospects in the investment real estate domain
• Manage relationships, for repeat business
• Support the borrower approval process by gathering and furnishing necessary information for submission to the loan processing unit
• Conduct networking by attending industry gatherings and conferences, employing strategic pre-event planning, onsite meetings, and post-event outreach

Requirements

• 2+ years’ Short Term Residential Real Estate Origination
• Established book of clients/relationships
• Proven track record of Consistency, closing an average of $2M+/month
