Job Title: Service Technician

Department: Service & Sales

Reports To: Regional Sales

Role Summary

This role requires daily interactions with existing and prospective customers. Occasional field visits which may include assisting the customer with service needs. Inspection and repair of fluid ends & power ends. Monthly inventory of customer consignment parts. Working closely with field supervisors, warehouse personnel, & maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly parts consignment inventory

• Service, inspection and repair o fluid ends & power ends

• Work closely with regional sales

• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation

• Train field and shop personnel (when requested)

Required Qualifications

• Willing to work long hours (when required)

• 2+ years of experience in the frac industry (a plus)

• Abide all customer safety requirements. (District & Location)

Skills & Competencies

• Problem-solving

• Mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read technical manuals, assembly drawings & work instructions

Please Note: This position requires at least 1 trip (2 days) per month to Gillette Wy. to conduct parts consignment inventory, visit maintenance manager, conduct training (if needed), etc.
