What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closing — for commercial landscape maintenance contracts.
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, real estate professionals, and other key decision-makers.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and service delivery remains exceptional.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, client notes, and reporting in the company’s CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within landscaping, facilities management, janitorial, or construction services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing new business.
  • Strong lead generation, cold outreach, and market research skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to identify client needs and position effective, value-driven solutions.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Local market knowledge strongly preferred.
