Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities – leads will be given
- Follow up with inbound and existing leads in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing and sending proposals and service agreements
- Support the sales team with scheduling, tracking, and client communication
- Maintain organized records of leads, prospects, and client interactions
- Help ensure a smooth process from initial contact to signed agreement
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems a plus)
- Sales and customer service experience
