Business Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities – leads will be given
  • Follow up with inbound and existing leads in a timely manner
  • Assist in preparing and sending proposals and service agreements
  • Support the sales team with scheduling, tracking, and client communication
  • Maintain organized records of leads, prospects, and client interactions
  • Help ensure a smooth process from initial contact to signed agreement

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems a plus)
  • Sales and customer service experience
