Frederick Fox (Los Angeles) is partnering with a nonprofit organization to hire a Sr. Payroll Administrator in the Mid-City area.


Job Title: Sr. Payroll Administrator

Reports To: VP, HR

Direct Reports: None, only staff member in payroll, but will work closely with HR, Finance, and Development teams and do HRIS Paylocity systems trainings


Office Location: Los Angeles, CA

Worksite Type: Hybrid - 1 remote day/week

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 base

Description:

  • Manage biweekly payroll processing and performance review process in Paylocity
  • HR lead and support for Finance audit, 403(b) audit, Workers Comp audit
  • Support VP of HR with HR and payroll related projects
  • Serve as main lead for Paylocity HRIS platform for the organization.
  • Maintain Paylocity and lead the implementation of module rollouts


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Multi-state payroll experience for up to 500 employees
  • 4 years of HRIS experience
  • Solid understanding of nonprofit HR, HRIS/Systems implementations, and Paylocity
