Tax Senior

As Tax Senior you will sit at the center of that mission, turning complex tax situations into real cash back in clients’ pockets and giving them the financial breathing room they deserve.

Performance Objectives

• Prepare, review and file 150+ individual and family returns each season with zero material errors and on-time delivery.
• Uncover and document at least $250,000 in additional legitimate tax savings across the client base within the first 12 months.
• Convert 80 % of new consultations into ongoing clients by clearly showing the dollars we found and the plan to keep finding more.
• Build and maintain a personal book of 40–50 households whose returns, planning and year-round questions you own end-to-end.
• Create simple, one-page “money-found” summaries that clients actually read and share with friends.
• Identify and implement at least three process improvements each year that cut preparation time without sacrificing quality.

Essential Qualifications

• CPA, EA or equivalent plus 4+ years preparing complex individual and family returns.
• Proven track record of spotting overlooked credits, deductions and planning opportunities that produced measurable client savings.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in plain English so a non-accountant client instantly understands the dollars at stake.
• Comfort owning a client relationship from first meeting through filing and year-round questions.
• Self-starter who thrives in a small, high-trust environment with minimal bureaucracy.
