Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be a Lead Recruiter with a 75% focus on Candidate Delivery and a 25% focus on Business Development/Account Management
  • Source technology and Financial Executive candidates and build relevant target lists/pipelines
  • Outreach to your sourced lists through email outreach, text message, and cold calling
  • Development and understanding of our candidate’s career desire through an engaging interview process
  • Take detailed notes in our ATS on the candidate’s career goals and follow Frederick Fox proven recruiting process
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates at our clients
  • Manage our jobs pipelines to effectively move candidates through the interview process
  • Prepare candidates for phone, video and onsite interviews
  • Development expertise in our verticals and become a thought leader in the local market
  • As you grow, you will land engagements, establish our recruiting process, and close hiring solutions for clientele.
  • Follow up with clients post-hire and ensure Frederick Fox Hiring and Quality Hiring System.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
  • 3+ years of agency recruiting experience in Technology or Financial Staffing
