Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial analysis, reporting, and business support across multiple product groups. This role partners closely with business leaders to identify performance risks and opportunities, improve forecasting, and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable with large datasets, and capable of delivering insights at the executive level.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial analysis, reporting, and business support across product groups
• Identify key business performance risks, issues, and opportunities
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions
• Prepare cost and pricing analysis at both product group and division levels
• Maintain and enhance key datasets, reporting models, and Excel-heavy financial models
• Support Investor Relations ahead of earnings releases and calls
• Assist with Board materials, trade case data aggregation, and ad-hoc executive requests

Business Priorities

• Shorten close cycles and improve financial processes
• Standardize reporting across product groups
• Enhance data integrity and accuracy of financial models
• Strengthen corporate and product-level forecasting
• Automate reporting and ERP data workflows where possible

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel-heavy)
• Comfortable handling large datasets and complex reporting infrastructure
• Strong executive-level communication skills, including PowerPoint and clear narrative presentation
• Analytical thinker with strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving ability

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Background in investment banking or Big 4 advisory
• Experience in high-caliber corporate finance training programs
