Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a critical product suite focused on age-based access, identity assurance, and responsible digital experiences. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, shaping solutions in a rapidly evolving and highly regulated space.
This is a high-impact opportunity to define new product capabilities where industry standards are still emerging. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, thinking in systems, and making decisions that balance technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for age assurance and access control product capabilities
- Define and deliver scalable solutions for age estimation, consent workflows, and user verification
- Drive product development from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, legal, and compliance teams to build robust, compliant solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product priorities with business and regulatory requirements
- Translate complex requirements into clear product specifications and deliverables
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate product performance and inform decisions
- Define success metrics and continuously optimize based on user behavior and outcomes
- Work with data science teams on model-driven product enhancements
Regulatory & Ethical Alignment
- Ensure product features align with evolving regulations and standards related to identity, privacy, and online safety
- Incorporate ethical considerations into product decisions, particularly around user protection and access control
- Stay informed on industry trends, policies, and emerging technologies
Product Development & Execution
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and guide agile development processes
- Contribute to API design, decisioning logic, and system architecture discussions
- Operate effectively in fast-paced, early-stage or evolving product environments
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in identity, fraud, trust & safety, or regulated systems
- Experience working with APIs, data-driven products, and decisioning frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and guide product direction
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver complex products
Preferred:
- Experience with age assurance, online safety, or consent-based workflows
- Exposure to regulated onboarding processes (e.g., identity verification, access controls)
- Experience partnering with data science teams on machine learning-driven products
- Familiarity with policy, compliance, and privacy considerations in digital products
