What will I do?


In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the commercial funnel for one of the fastest-growing international chains of medical aesthetic clinics. The beauty of this industry? It’s not just about looks, it’s about how people feel. You make sure clients can discover that experience online and book instantly. From paid advertising, SEA, social, display, and retargeting to SEO, CRO, the full booking journey, and analytics, you set priorities, optimize relentlessly, and get the most out of every marketing euro. At the same time, you lead major build and transformation projects: a website rebuild, tooling and CDP rationalization, and implementing KPI cycles and data-intelligence frameworks that actually drive decisions. You manage relationships with ad platforms and digital partners, build a strong performance marketing framework, and professionalize a young, ambitious team ready for international scaling.


You switch seamlessly between hands-on execution and strategic oversight, act as a sparring partner for the CMO, and report directly to the CEO, CFO, and Private Equity partner. You translate business priorities into digital impact, make data-driven decisions, and ensure the funnel keeps growing across five countries. Ownership, visibility, and results are sky-high, from setting up structures and processes to managing thousands of online leads and bookings every day.


Can I do this...


Absolutely. You have at least 8 years of (international) experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with proven end-to-end ownership of high-volume commercial funnels. You know how to run and optimize campaigns efficiently, improve the entire customer journey in a measurable way, and make complex structures clear and scalable. Tooling rationalization, CDPs, analytics stacks, and KPI cycles aren’t just concepts, they’re tools you use to drive performance and results. You can easily switch between hands-on execution and strategic planning, setting long-term roadmaps in a PE-backed international scale-up where speed, ownership, and impact are key.


You’re stress-resistant and experienced enough to handle tough questions from the CEO, CFO and PE partner while coaching a young marketing team. International scaling excites you and you know how to roll out processes, playbooks and optimizations locally without losing performance. You speak and write fluent English; fluency in German (spoken and written) is a strong plus. Do they pay well?


No doubt about it: a salary that matches your seniority and international impact, €90,000 – €110,000 per year, plus a 10–20% bonus. 30 vacation days to recharge or travel, and 5% extra on top of your salary instead of a pension.
