Company swag, self-published books, an album with vacation photos. Business is booming, and this global print platform is ready to make the most of it. It’s a place of high pace and quick decisions, perfect for a Product Manager who really loves to build growth engines. Perfect for you.
You have my attention
The world of online printing is massive, and this company isn’t about to fall behind. As a leader in the industry, they breathe technology and scalability. For them, a Product Manager isn’t just a ticket-taker; you’re a strategic leader who carves the path to the future. Make no mistake, optimizing the customer journey is core business. Because in such a highly competitive market, speed, conversion, and user satisfaction are key.
You? You’ll own the "Find & Buy" funnel, handling a multi-brand ecosystem at lightning speed to make every visitor count. You’re not intimidated by complex e-commerce mechanics. In fact, you enjoy figuring out how to guide a user to purchase without a single ounce of friction.
Now you have my curiosity
As a Product Manager for the Growth charter, you’ll be right in the middle of a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. You don’t just manage a roadmap; you own the business outcome. You’ll spend 80% of your time on Discovery—validating ideas, talking to users, and analyzing trends—and 20% on Delivery to keep your squad unblocked and moving.
You’ll partner closely with a Lead Engineer and a Product Designer. Together, you decide How to solve problems, but you are the one defining the Why and the What. From aligning landing pages with Marketing spend to designing loyalty loops that turn one-time buyers into repeat fans, you are the driver of the engine. You don't guess; you test. You use A/B testing and CRO principles to ensure the technical foundation supports a seamless "click-to-buy" experience.
And from a more technical point of view?
Alright, the list is not endless, but you have to have some skills, you know. You have at least 4 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within high-scale B2C e-commerce environments. You’ve got a strong grasp of user psychology and "the nudge," knowing exactly how to improve Conversion Rates and Average Order Value.
They need someone who understands P&L and can translate high-level business goals into a concrete strategy. You thrive in a "Squads & Chapters" model and feel right at home with tools like GA4 or BigQuery. More importantly, you have a "Yes, And..." mindset. When faced with constraints, you don’t list reasons why things can't happen; you propose strategic options and trade-offs. You lead through inspiration.
And by the way... you can bring the certificates, but if you’ve got the curiosity, the drive, and an "AI-first" problem-solving brain, you’ll fit right in.
So this growth thing, what’s in it for me?
Quite a lot to be honest. Aside from an annual salary up to € 100.000,- gross, you’ll get the international experience of working with a diverse team of 150+ professionals from over 34 nationalities. The benefits? They’re second to none. Think company-sponsored healthy meals every day, 24/7 gym access, and the freedom to truly "design yourself" and grow quickly within the company.
Remember, I said speed was key? They want to move fast. So, what are you waiting for?
