We’re looking for an Account Manager – Social Media to lead strategy and execution of client-facing social media initiatives. You’ll manage accounts, plan content, oversee platforms, and optimize performance to drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact, building strong client relationships
- Ensure social media campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high standard
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content aligned with client goals
- Partner with creative, production, and analytics teams to execute campaigns and track results
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
- Address client concerns and ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Stay current on social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising trends to bring fresh ideas to campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in account management and digital campaigns
- Proven success with clients ranging from startups to global brands
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience in social media and digital marketing, influencer marketing, and the entertainment industry
