We’re seeking a Landscape Install Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors, contributing to high-quality projects, and being part of a team that truly supports one another. You’ll help bring landscape designs to life — installing patios, retaining walls, plantings, irrigation, lighting, and more — while learning and advancing your career in the process.
This is a hands-on, year-round position that also includes snow and ice management work during the winter months.
What You’ll Do
- Complete landscape installation tasks safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Support your Crew Leader in delivering top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Assist with hardscape, softscape, and planting installations
- Follow project plans and instructions with accuracy and professionalism
- Participate in winter snow removal operations
- Bring a positive attitude, take pride in your work, and contribute to a strong team culture
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of landscaping, construction, or related outdoor work experience
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new skills
- Desire to grow into a leadership position over time
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
