An award-winning full-service landscape and maintenance firm located in Commerce, MI is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team. The Account Manager’s position is primarily a sales role that involves communicating in a timely manner with both existing and new landscaping customers to manage their accounts and enhance their properties. Nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business from sales leads are the main priorities.

Five key roles:

• LMA - Leading and managing equals accountability with your direct report
• Sales - for both new and existing clients (Maintenance, Enhancement and Plant Health Care)
• Client nurturing
• Training and supervising crews
• Oversight & management of lawn & plant healthcare division

Responsibilities:

• Track weekly sales and lead prospecting activity.
• Responsible for selling enhancements, landscape maintenance services, snow management, lawn maintenance and plant healthcare.
• Prepare and present project proposals to customers in-person.
• Work with teams to ensure that client and Company expectations have been met.
• Ensure timelines, profitability, and client satisfaction on all enhancement projects.
• Work with Operations Manager and project manager to facilitate safety and operational training.

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience
