We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field crew(s) on high-quality residential and commercial projects in Boca Raton, Florida. Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate crew(s) of landscape technicians on residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company’s high standards of quality
• Communicate proactively with team members, clients, and management regarding schedules, progress, and issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused job site in compliance with company policies
• Operate and oversee proper use and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to build a strong, high-performing team
• Coordinate daily production schedules and material deliveries for maximum efficiency
• Track project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and provide accurate updates to management
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction, installation, or maintenance
• 2+ years of proven crew leadership or foreman-level responsibility
• Strong work ethic with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of landscape construction practices; ability to read and interpret landscape plans preferred
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors year-round in Florida’s climate
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Desire and potential to advance into operations or production management
