As the Crew Leader on an install team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving team excellence, guiding project execution, and ensuring every job is delivered to our standards. This is a leadership position with strong hands-on involvement — from planning and delegation to direct installation work, client communication, and crew development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily install operations with safety, efficiency, and top-tier quality
• Plan tasks, assign crew responsibilities, and guide workflow
• Operate vehicles, power tools, and equipment with care and accountability
• Oversee and log time, material usage, and job-site photos (LMN)
• Train, mentor, and support crew members in best practices
• Communicate effectively with operations, clients, and your crew
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized trailers, trucks, job sites, and equipment
• Be a visible team champion — wear company gear, support your people, attend events, and stay active in internal communications

What You Bring

• Strong landscape industry background (5–10 years preferred)
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience (2–5 years preferred)
• In-depth working knowledge of horticulture, hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, etc.), lighting, irrigation, etc.
• Excellent communication (verbal + written), problem-solving, organizational, and math skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose equipment or job-site challenges
• Valid driver’s license
• Interest in pursuing industry certifications is a plus
