What You’ll Do

• Respond to client inquiries and assess their needs
• Design, propose, and sell a full range of outdoor services: landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, pest control, tree & shrub work, handyman projects, and snow/ice management
• Uphold the values of integrity and quality in every customer interaction

Requirements

• Experience in the Green Industry
• Sufficient relevant skillset and experience to be successful
• Strong multitasking ability
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Commission Structure: $45,000–$60,000 base + 3% commission | Potential Sales Volume: $750K – $1.1M per salesperson
