We’re looking for an experienced Irrigation Supervisor to help take an irrigation department in Houston, TX to the next level. This is a leadership role for someone who knows the technical side of irrigation inside and out—and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to support the crew, solve problems in the field, and help the team succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow into overseeing the daily operations of the irrigation department, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource management
• Serve as the go-to technical expert for troubleshooting irrigation systems, especially 2-wire and smart controllers
• Mentor and support irrigation technicians—providing on-the-job guidance, training, and leadership
• Ensure high standards of service quality, safety, and efficiency across all irrigation projects
• Coordinate with other departments and leadership to align on priorities and project timelines
• Step into the field when necessary to assist with installations, diagnostics, and repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair
• Commercial and multi-family experience
• Strong understanding of 2-wire systems and modern irrigation technology
• Hands-on leader who’s not afraid to jump in and work alongside the crew
• Strong organizational and communication skills for scheduling and dispatch
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Valid Irrigator’s License or ability to obtain one
• Prior experience leading a team or mentoring junior staff is a big plus
