One of Metro Detroit’s fastest-growing landscape design, maintenance, and snow removal companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, creating and presenting proposals, and consistently hitting sales targets. This is a high-impact role with both base salary and performance-based commission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with new and existing clients to assess needs and propose solutions
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and professional landscape service bids
  • Upsell additional services to current clients (mulch, cleanups, lighting, hardscape, etc.)
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM (Jobber)
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals set by leadership
  • Coordinate with estimators and operations team to ensure smooth handoff of sold jobs
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales (preferably in landscaping, construction, or service industries)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Must be comfortable with in-person client meetings and job site visits
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • CRM experience (Jobber or similar) is a plus


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base + commission structure with first-year target earnings of $80,000 - $100,000
