The firm is expanding the high-end maintenance division and seeking an experienced Maintenance Account Manager to help elevate and grow this critical part of the business.
This is not a typical maintenance role. It is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-touch client portfolio, work alongside a dedicated production team, and help define how premium estate care is delivered throughout the region.

Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Account Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-end residential maintenance clients
• Conduct regular site visits and assessments to ensure property standards are upheld
• Provide thoughtful recommendations for enhancements and seasonal care
• Prepare and present new contracts and renewals, with a strong focus on relationship-building
• Participate in marketing and business development efforts to grow the maintenance book of business
Team Collaboration and Coordination
• Work closely with production managers to align resources, scheduling, and execution
• Build positive, professional relationships with field crews and support quality through teamwork
• Provide guidance on enhancement projects and help communicate scopes and expectations
• Coordinate with the office team to ensure accurate billing and client records
Quality and Service Standards
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor property conditions and proactively address any concerns
• Contribute to refining internal systems and procedures as the division grows
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum of five years of account management experience in residential landscape maintenance
• Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service and grow a book of business
• Solid understanding of horticulture, turf care, irrigation systems, and seasonal best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a polished, client-facing presence
• Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and maintenance software (Aspire or Property Intel a plus)
• Valid driver's license required
Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary starting at $90,000, depending on experience
