Award winning 25-year-old Southeast Michigan company providing landscape design, construction, installation, and maintenance services is looking for an Enhancement Foreman to join their team.

A hands-on leader, this person is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of each client’s program or project are done with precision and a craftsman finished appearance. The Foreman will be the key contact for all information relating to each project. They will be responsible for executing the project or program with minimal supervision. If necessary, they will close each project by conducting a “walk-through” with the sales rep or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Effectively relays any questions to sales or the Project Manager
• Completes paperwork correctly and on time
• Demonstrates an ability to lead people
• Comply with and enforce the handbook guidelines
• Lead by example and effective delegation
• Project planning for daily production operations
• Tool and equipment care
• Administer two separate performance reviews with all crew members
• Preparation and coordination of materials and tools for projects

Compensation and Benefits

• $23.00 - $26.00+ per hour based on experience
