A high-end residential family-owned company with over 40 years of success is seeking an experienced Design/Build Salesperson to join a growing team in Clarksburg, MD. You’ll design and sell projects across Montgomery County (MD), NW Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia.

Ideal candidate will have both sales and landscape design ability; however, sales-strong or design-strong candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, present, and sell landscape design/build services
• Manage projects in coordination with production and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare creative, brand-consistent site plans and installation estimates
• Respond promptly to client needs and concerns
• Handle administrative tasks in BOSS LM (sales docs, invoices, procurement)
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in landscape design or landscape architecture—preferred
• Sales experience
• Degree in landscape-related field--preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish or ability to communicate with non-English-speaking crews--preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; Dynascape or CAD software; BOSS LM is a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $90,000+ (base + commission)
