What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing landscape design plans using design software and hand-drawn concepts.
- Research plants, materials, and design solutions that fit climate, style, and client goals.
- Prepare sketches, reports, and cost estimates with accuracy and clarity.
- Conduct site visits and collect measurements, photos, and project details.
- Work with contractors, suppliers, and the design team to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
- Support installation processes and ensure designs are implemented with quality.
- Stay current on sustainable and innovative landscaping practices.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure clear communication throughout each job.
What You Bring
- Understanding of landscape design principles and horticulture.
- Experience with design tools (Dynascape, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Prior landscape design or related field experience.
