We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Estimator & Purchaser to support high-end residential projects in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role combines accurate cost estimating with strategic purchasing to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll join a nationwide family of companies that specialize in creating and maintaining luxury outdoor living spaces.

Responsibilities

• Review designs and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Source, price, and purchase materials, plants, and subcontractor services.
• Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships to secure best pricing and quality.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and field teams to align budgets and timelines.
• Track costs and update estimates to reflect actual project performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating and purchasing experience in landscaping or construction.
• Strong knowledge of high-end residential landscape materials and practices.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Landscape design experience or familiarity preferred.

Compensation

• $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
