Our client is building the future of telehealth — uniting best-in-class brands across behavioral, mental, and nutritional health. Their mission is to make high-quality care accessible, compliant, and deeply human by blending technology, clinical excellence, and operational discipline.

As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the CEO to scale the company through operational automation, data sophistication, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll play a critical role in helping our client become an intelligent, system-driven organization — one that uses AI, automation, and analytics to power smarter decisions, stronger compliance, and measurable health outcomes.

Position Overview:

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. You’ll act as an operational architect — bringing structure to complexity, integrating automation into core workflows, and helping leadership translate ideas into measurable results.

Over 2026, your work will focus on building scalable compliance infrastructure across their brands, strengthening their data and reporting capabilities, and laying the groundwork for a company-wide Outcomes Department focused on clinical quality and client results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy, Alignment & Leadership
  • Partner with the CEO to define and drive company-wide goals, strategic initiatives, and quarterly reports.
  • Build alignment across growth, product, clinical, and compliance teams through structured planning and data transparency.
  • Data & Reporting Infrastructure
  • Uplevel the company’s data maturity by improving visibility, reporting accuracy, and cross-brand metrics.
  • Partner with finance, product, and operations to create unified dashboards for revenue, retention, clinician performance, and outcomes.
  • Build standardized KPI frameworks and reporting cadences across business lines.
  • Automation & Process Optimization
  • Lead efforts to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work and improve efficiency across departments.
  • Partner with engineering to evaluate, prioritize, and integrate automation tools into recruiting, onboarding, clinical operations, and compliance processes.
  • Build internal playbooks and documentation to ensure systems are scalable and sustainable.
  • Compliance Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the CEO and People Operations to establish a dedicated Compliance Department in 2026, encompassing clinical, marketing, and data privacy domains.
  • Build operational bridges between compliance, clinical leadership, and brand operations to ensure company-wide adherence.
  • Outcomes Department Foundation
  • Partner with the CEO, clinical leads, and data analysts to develop frameworks for measuring client outcomes and provider impact.
  • Define the analytics and data models that will power the company’s 2026 Outcomes Department.
  • Pilot outcome measurement and reporting systems within their health brands.

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of experience in operations, strategy, or data-driven leadership roles.
  • Advanced data and analytical skills — proficiency with dashboards, SQL, or BI tools.
  • Experience building or integrating automation into operational workflows.
  • Proven success driving large, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and systems-thinking skills.
  • Deep comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration.
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, compliance, or outcomes analytics.

Why Join

  • Shape the foundation of a data-driven telehealth ecosystem.
  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on strategy, automation, and data transformation.
  • Build the infrastructure for their next stage of growth — from compliance to outcomes measurement.
  • Join a mission-driven organization that’s redefining how technology powers accessible, high-quality care.
