Role: VP of Partnerships

Location: Remote


Our client is a multi-brand telehealth company. They exist to expand access to affordable, high-quality care.


They operate three fast-growing consumer brands:

  • A behavioral health and documentation support platform focused on helping individuals secure housing accommodations with their pets
  • A virtual ADHD diagnosis and ongoing care platform
  • An insurance-covered medical nutrition therapy platform delivering care through Registered Dietitians


Partnerships are a critical growth lever across all three brands—and this role will own that motion end-to-end.


Position Overview:

They’re hiring a VP of Partnerships to build, scale, and own their partnership strategy across all three platforms.


This is a builder role. You will start hands-on—sourcing, closing, launching, and optimizing partnerships yourself—and evolve into a team leader once traction and ROI are proven.


They are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly analytical, able to model and forecast partnership ROI
  • Deeply creative, with strong instincts for non-traditional growth channels
  • Exceptionally organized, capable of running multiple partnerships in parallel
  • A strong relationship builder who can nurture long-term, multi-stakeholder partnerships


This role goes far beyond signing contracts. They expect you to drive real engagement, measurable returns, and repeatable systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Strategy & Lead Generation
  • Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy across all three platforms
  • Generate high-volume, high-quality partnership leads through outbound, inbound, and creative channel development
  • Build repeatable systems for identifying, prioritizing, and testing new partnership opportunities
  • Execution & Relationship Management
  • Own partnerships from first conversation through launch, optimization, and renewal
  • Develop activation plans that ensure partners are not just signed—but actively engaged
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner across multiple partners simultaneously
  • Coordinate internally with Growth, Product, Clinical Ops, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution
  • Analytics & ROI Modeling
  • Build and maintain models to evaluate partnership ROI
  • Track performance post-launch
  • Continuously optimize or sunset partnerships based on data
  • Report clearly on results and pipeline health to executive leadership
  • Scaling & Team Building
  • Once traction and ROI are established, design and build a partnerships team
  • Define roles, processes, and KPIs to scale momentum without losing quality
  • Mentor and manage future partnership managers


Qualifications:

  • Required
  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic growth roles
  • Proven ability to build partnerships from zero to scale
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including ROI and unit-economics modeling
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
  • Experience juggling multiple partnerships and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, insurance, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with B2B2C partnership models
  • Prior experience building and managing a partnerships team
  • Deep curiosity and creativity in identifying unconventional growth opportunities
