Role: Business Operations Strategist
Location: Washington, D.C (On-site)
Our client is a mathematical AI company bringing provably correct decision-making to the world’s most important missions.
Their flagship product is the first platform in a new category called software understanding. It combines AI, formal methods, and digital engineering to help organizations design, implement, and deploy complex software-controlled systems with mathematical assurance at mission speed.
Backed by leading investors, our client works with customers building and deploying mission-critical systems across energy, space, and defense. Their goal is to help engineers and mission owners move faster while maintaining the highest possible level of assurance, ultimately saving time, money, and lives.
Position Overview:
As a Business Operations Strategist, you will help build the systems that allow strategy to turn into execution. You will be in close coordination with policy strategists and growth strategists, ensuring the company can pursue critical opportunities with speed, focus, and unity. You will own important day-to-day operational work across the business, while also designing and implementing the processes, planning motions, and infrastructure that let the company scale without reducing speed or impact.
They’re building a team of modern-day Argonauts: exceptional engineers, mathematicians, designers, and strategists committed to solving the hardest, highest-stakes problems in the world. They move fast, but do so with discipline and logic. They think from first principles and execute with autonomy and accountability.
You may be a good fit if you are insatiably curious in the face of discomfort, are a coalition builder who sees progress as a positive-sum game, and believe that the alchemy of interdisciplinary expertise can solve seemingly impossible problems.
