Location: Chicago, IL (In-Person, River North)

Salary: $120–150K base + performance bonus + equity

Position Overview:

The Growth Marketer will own performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels — driving measurable lead generation for both the company and its small business clients.


You’ll partner closely with the Marketing Director (a former Series A growth hacker and AI automation expert) to test, optimize, and scale campaigns that fuel client success and company growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on experimentation, analytics, and tangible outcomes.


Expect to manage full-funnel campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn — building systems, dashboards, and performance insights that drive real ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize paid campaigns for the company and its portfolio of clients.
  • Manage acquisition channels including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta/Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct A/B testing, conversion optimization, and creative performance analysis.
  • Build analytics dashboards that visualize and communicate real-time campaign results.
  • Partner with leadership to translate data into strategy and recommendations.
  • Support “Succession-as-a-Service” clients in enhancing visibility, lead generation, and valuation.


Qualifications:

This is a role for a technically strong, data-obsessed growth marketer who wants to make a measurable impact in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.


You likely fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years in growth, performance, or paid media marketing.
  • Are proficient in Google Ads, YouTube, Meta/Facebook, and other major platforms.
  • Have experience in startups or lean teams where creativity and resourcefulness are key.
  • Are deeply analytical — you live in dashboards, metrics, and optimization loops.
  • Thrive on experimentation and iteration — every campaign is a hypothesis you test and refine.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Love bridging modern marketing tactics with traditional business audiences.


This role is not for you if:

  • You rely on extensive structure or large budgets to perform.
  • You’ve only worked in agencies and prefer a narrow execution lane.
  • You’re uncomfortable taking ownership of results or performance data.
  • You prefer creative brand work over measurable growth and attribution.
