Role: Chief of Staff
Our client is a founder-led business operating at the intersection of real estate, community leadership, sponsorships, local partnerships, and long-term civic influence. The organization is focused on building operational structure and scalability around a high-capacity, highly visible founder operating in a fast-moving environment.
Position Overview:
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic operational partner to the founder — bringing structure, prioritization, accountability, systems, and execution rigor to a fast-moving founder-led ecosystem.
This individual will operate as an integrator across the business, helping translate vision into operational clarity while protecting founder bandwidth and improving organizational scalability.
What Success Looks Like:
Within the first 6–12 months, this person will create meaningful operational structure around the founder, improve organizational visibility, reduce operational chaos, implement systems and workflows, improve profitability awareness, and allow the founder to operate more strategically rather than reactively.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, emotionally intelligent, operationally rigorous, and comfortable operating inside ambiguity. This individual must be capable of translating founder momentum into sustainable operational systems without slowing down the founder’s energy or creativity.
This person should naturally create order, think independently, move quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain calm under pressure. They should be comfortable making decisions, pushing back diplomatically, and protecting founder bandwidth while acting as a trusted strategic thought partner.
