This individual will be responsible for managing complex workflows, cross-functional teams, and diverse regional divisions to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of managing multiple people, processes, and locations within a regulated service industry. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, capable of transforming operational challenges into opportunities for excellence. Healthcare experience is a big plus, but not required.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Operational Command

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple geographic regions, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Drive process standardization, resource allocation, and performance tracking across divisions.
  • Ensure all activities meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements relevant to home care services.

Team and Division Leadership

  • Lead and develop a multi-layered team including regional managers, state directors, and field supervisors.
  • Establish clear goals, accountability systems, and communication structures across all operational layers.
  • Resolve operational issues swiftly while promoting a proactive, solutions-oriented leadership style.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape and implement regional growth strategies.
  • Translate high-level goals into field-level operational plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze internal data and market trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic expansion.

Quality and Compliance Assurance

  • Build and enforce quality control systems that ensure client satisfaction and service integrity.
  • Lead routine audits and operational reviews to identify gaps and apply corrective actions.
  • Maintain an unyielding focus on safety, care standards, and risk management.

Executive Liaison & Communication

  • Act as the primary link between corporate leadership and field operations, ensuring cohesive communication across the organization.
  • Disseminate key initiatives, updates, and policies to field teams, and provide leadership with timely, ground-level feedback.
  • Foster alignment between strategic priorities and frontline execution.

Role Conditions:

  • Full-time position, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on operational needs.
  • Frequent travel required to support regional field teams and on-site initiatives.
  • Office-based, with a strong presence in the field expected.
