Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Care Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Expert to drive growth, expand their client base, and build strategic partnerships within the home care industry. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development, specifically in home care, senior services, or healthcare industries.


Client Description:

Our client currently cares for over 700 patients. They have offices in every major Georgia metropolitan area (10+ offices) and are rapidly expanding. They run a buttoned up operation, and have a mix of private pay and Medicare/Medicaid/VA funded clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and community partners, including hospitals, physicians, senior communities, and case managers.
  • Generate new leads through networking, outreach, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue and client acquisition goals.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to potential clients and referral sources about our home care services.
  • Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

 

Marketing & Outreach:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and participate in community events, expos, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials, advertisements, and outreach programs.

 

Strategic Partnerships & Growth Initiatives:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key referral partners such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies to grow the business.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the home care, senior care, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of home care services, private pay models, Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care insurance.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and networking events.
