This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels in building relationships, understanding complex healthcare organizations, and matching high-level candidates with critical positions.

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will act as both a trusted advisor and a brand ambassador, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while supporting the growth and success of our healthcare clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-level searches for healthcare leadership roles, including clinical directors, nursing leaders, physicians, and senior management.
  • Develop recruitment strategies that attract and engage top healthcare talent, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines by networking, sourcing, and utilizing creative outreach methods (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and targeted campaigns).
  • Screen, assess, and qualify candidates through detailed interviews to ensure strong alignment with client needs and organizational culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including presenting shortlists, coordinating interviews, facilitating offers, and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand role requirements, organizational structure, and long-term hiring strategies.
  • Stay current with healthcare industry trends and labor market changes to provide strategic talent insights.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive recruiter or senior recruiter, with a strong track record in healthcare or life sciences recruitment.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare roles, organizational dynamics, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, with expertise in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level candidates and clients.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
