Key Responsibilities

Lead high-level searches for healthcare leadership roles, including clinical directors, nursing leaders, physicians, and senior management.

Develop recruitment strategies that attract and engage top healthcare talent, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines by networking, sourcing, and utilizing creative outreach methods (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and targeted campaigns).

Screen, assess, and qualify candidates through detailed interviews to ensure strong alignment with client needs and organizational culture.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including presenting shortlists, coordinating interviews, facilitating offers, and negotiating compensation packages.

Qualifications
