Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Recruiter specializing in client acquisition and relationship management within the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong sales mindset, a passion for connecting with decision-makers, and the ability to drive revenue by securing new client partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing sales, with a proven ability to generate new business, build strong relationships, and deliver high-value recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations, hospice agencies, allied health, PT/OT Clinics, ALF/SNF, Substance Abuse Centers etc. to secure recruitment contracts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Recruitment & Talent Solutions:

  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver top-tier healthcare talent to clients.
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and with high-quality candidates.
  • Provide market insights and industry trends to clients to support their hiring strategies.

Networking & Brand Development:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Leverage online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and referrals to generate leads and expand outreach.
  • Represent the company as a trusted recruitment partner in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing and the recruitment process for medical professionals.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms for business development.
