Position: Director of Clinical Services
Position Overview:
The Director of Clinical Services plays a pivotal leadership role, guiding and mentoring clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care across all client interactions. This individual oversees operational execution within the provider team, supports professional development, and reinforces clinical excellence. As a strategic leader, the Director collaborates with regional leadership and fosters a purpose-driven, collaborative environment that empowers providers to thrive and deliver impactful services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute initiatives to maintain and elevate standards of care throughout the assigned territory.
- Partner with regional leadership and service coordination teams to ensure aligned, efficient service delivery.
- Manage the recruitment and evaluation of new clinical team members, with a focus on skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Investigate and resolve service-related issues with a focus on ethical adherence and evidence-based practice.
- Conduct routine reviews of active cases, offering targeted feedback and clinical coaching to improve outcomes.
- Track performance of BCBAs, fostering growth through mentorship, performance assessments, and professional support.
- Collaborate with service coordination staff to ensure appropriate clinician-client matches.
- Work in tandem with the internal training division to deliver essential learning opportunities for clinical staff.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure services remain client-centered, compliant, and effective.
- Interface with Quality Assurance and Assessment teams to stay informed of clinical progress and challenges within the region.
- Evaluate service satisfaction and staff productivity, promoting both family engagement and clinical effectiveness.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of team interactions and programmatic updates.
- Actively participate in team meetings, incorporating feedback to improve department efficiency and cohesion.
- Comply with internal protocols, ethical codes, confidentiality standards, and legal requirements relevant to service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related human services field preferred.
- Must hold current BCBA certification.
- Proven leadership experience within clinical or behavioral health settings required.
- Deep understanding of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities; capable of managing competing priorities.
- Tech-savvy, with competency in email, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a natural capacity to build trust and advocate for clients.
- Must thrive in fast-paced settings where quick thinking, collaboration, and adaptability are essential.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO).
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).
Work Environment:
Position is based in-office. Reliable personal transportation is required.
Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in common office platforms, including Gmail, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
