Accounts Assistant | Progression to Management Accounting

Beyond Talent is partnering with a growing, forward-thinking business in Barnsley that’s looking to invest in someone ready to take the next step in their finance career.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong transactional experience who’s keen to move into management accounts and commercial exposure.

The role:

• Manage day-to-day purchase & sales ledger
• Support with bank reconciliations and journals
• Assist with month-end processes
• Get involved in management accounts preparation
• Work closely with senior finance to build your knowledge

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in a transactional finance role
• Someone who’s curious and keen to learn
• Ideally studying or wanting to study AAT/ACCA/CIMA
• Strong attention to detail with a can-do attitude
