Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused French Customer Service & Intake Representative to manage high-intent inbound service calls from French-speaking customers across Canada.


This role combines customer service, structured intake coordination, and service scheduling. You will be responsible for assisting callers entirely in French, gathering accurate service information, qualifying customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


This is not a passive call center role. Success requires excellent communication skills, confidence in leading conversations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in fast-paced or urgent situations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from French-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Communicate fluently in both French and English as needed to support customers and internal teams.
  • Assess customer needs and accurately complete the service intake process.
  • Gather and verify all required customer and property information.
  • Provide clear explanations of services, timelines, and next steps.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to facilitate timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the CRM.
  • Escalate complex cases when appropriate.
  • Properly categorize, document, and close all customer interactions.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while following company procedures and service standards.

  • Majority inbound customer service and intake calls
  • High-intent service inquiries
  • Bilingual communication (French and English)

Qualifications

Required

  • Native or near-native fluency in French (spoken and written)
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, intake coordination, or client support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
  • Strong computer skills with experience using CRM platforms and multiple systems simultaneously
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work environment


Preferred

  • Experience supporting Canadian customers
  • Background in emergency services, insurance, restoration, property management, healthcare, or dispatch environments
  • Experience handling high-volume inbound calls
  • Previous experience in bilingual customer support
