Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, discretion, and a high degree of professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, is adept at streamlining administrative functions, and ensures seamless executive operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Serve as a key liaison, handling confidential communications and prioritizing executive requests.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items for leadership discussions.
  • Project Management: Assist in executing strategic initiatives, tracking progress, and preparing reports.
  • Confidential Document Handling: Organize and manage sensitive business documentation.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate executive priorities.
  • Event Planning: Support executive team events, off-sites, and leadership summits.


Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-growth, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and executive priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).


Good to Have: 

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with travel booking platforms.
  • Experience with expense reporting software like Expensify or Concur.
