Job Title: Part-Time Inside Sales / Vendor Loyalty Representative


Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time Inside Sales / Vendor Loyalty Representative to help us build and maintain great relationships with our vendors. In this role, you will talk with vendors over the phone, help them get started with us, and keep them happy and engaged.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Vendor Communication: Be the main point of contact for vendors over the phone.
  • Onboarding & Agreements: Follow up on vendor agreements and help new vendors get set up.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our vendors.
  • Data & Admin: Handle administrative tasks and keep accurate notes and documentation in p360.
  • Vendor Engagement: Follow up with vendors regularly to keep them active and ensure they have a great experience.
  • Inside Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell or promote new services and benefits to existing vendors.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from vendors to help improve our services and process workflows.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable with customer-facing roles or inside sales.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail for handling files and documentation.
  • Basic computer skills and quick to learn new tools (experience with CRM platforms like p360 is a plus).
  • Ability to problem-solve and address vendor concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Good time management skills to handle tasks efficiently in a part-time schedule.
