JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Dispatcher to manage schedules for plumbers, HVAC techs, and apprentices. You’ll coordinate field teams, manage urgent calls, and maintain strong communication between technicians and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls.
• Monitor availability, travel radius, and response times.
• Coordinate urgent/emergency calls and sick coverage.
• Communicate job details clearly to technicians.
• Provide updates and timelines to customers.
• Maintain accurate logs and scheduling records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in trades, logistics, or field service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software/CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service mindset.
