Overview
FVG is seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Technical Specialist to oversee the ongoing maintenance and optimization of multiple Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. This role is strictly technical and focuses on performance management, daily monitoring, optimization, and reporting across 20–25 active accounts. No strategy development or creative work is required.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and highly experienced in platform-side ad operations. Familiarity with Optimiser is important, and knowledge of Zoho is considered a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain 20–25 Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
- Conduct ongoing technical optimizations, including bid adjustments, audience refinement, placements, and budget pacing
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly performance checks to ensure account stability and health
- Implement platform best practices to maintain cost efficiency and performance consistency
- Troubleshoot technical issues across campaigns and tracking setups
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights
- Ensure proper structure, naming conventions, and tracking hygiene across accounts
- Maintain close coordination with internal teams for updates, clarifications, and workflow management
- Work independently while managing multiple accounts with accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale (multi-account management required)
- Strong technical knowledge of bidding, optimization, attribution, and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with Optimiser
- Experience with Zoho (nice to have)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage tasks without supervision
- Experience handling high-volume ad operations in an agency or multi-client environment preferred
- Ability to work with structured workflows and meet deadlines consistently
