UI/UX & Front-End Lead – Unified Experience Platform
Company: Proof Response Group
Location: Fully Remote
Role Purpose
The UI/UX & Front-End Lead owns how the Unified Experience Platform looks, feels, and behaves for:
- Vendors
- Internal team (CS, dispatch, leadership)
- Customers
The Developer Relations Specialist owns the architecture, data and backend integration.
This role owns the experience layer + front-end implementation on top of that.
The goal: turn Proof360 from an internal system into something vendors, staff and customers can actually use easily, every day.
What Success Looks Like
- Vendors can follow job flows on mobile with minimal explanation.
- CS and dispatch can see what they need fast and act without confusion.
- Customers see a clear, trustworthy view of their history, photos, funding and documents.
- The interface is fast, consistent and responsive across devices.
- The design system is unified across all verticals (PipeProof, HVACProof, RestoreProof), with only light branding variations.
- The front-end respects Proof360’s schema, dispatch logic and governance.
Core Responsibilities
1. Experience Design (Vendors, Internal, Customers)
- Map and design end-to-end journeys for vendors, internal teams and customers.
- Turn multi-step operational flows into simple, guided experiences.
- Design mobile-first for vendors (Snapchat-level focus on mobile usage).
2. Interface & Interaction Design
- Create layouts, navigation structures, interaction patterns and component states.
- Ensure information hierarchy is clear, trustworthy and easy to follow.
- Apply basic accessibility principles (good contrast, readable text, touch-friendly targets).
3. Front-End Implementation
- Implement UI using a modern front-end framework (e.g., React/Vue.js).
- Partner with Paddy on front-end architecture, state management and API integration.
- Build reusable, well-structured components that can be used across cities and verticals.
4. Unified Design System
- Create and maintain the Unified Experience Design System used across all Proof verticals.
- One core system for all brands, with light theming (colors/icons/tone) where needed.
- Keep the design system aligned with the front-end component library.
5. Usability Testing & Iteration
- Test vendor flows on mobile with real vendors.
- Test internal console flows with CS and dispatch.
- Test basic customer views as they are introduced.
- Convert feedback into specific UI/UX and front-end changes.
6. Brand, Growth & Monetization Alignment
- Ensure the platform aligns with Proof Response Group’s overall brand feel.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Acquisition Lead on how users enter from marketing funnels and land into platform flows.
- Collaborate with Monetization & Offer Structure Lead on where upsells/cross-sells/offers appear naturally in the experience.
- Collaborate with Growth Partnerships Architect to ensure affiliate/partner flows feel coherent and fair.
7. Data & Governance Awareness
- Understand the basics of Proof360’s canonical schema, dispatch stages and roles.
- Design UI around real statuses, permissions and fields.
- Check with the Developer Relations Specialist, Automation Specialist and Operations & Ideations Lead before suggesting flows that require structural schema changes.
