Overview
FVG is recruiting a Sales Admin and Appointment Setter hybrid for our client. The role supports outbound pipeline development alongside daily sales operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail oriented, and capable of managing CRM systems, outreach workflows, and various sales support tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach and secure qualified meetings for Aviato’s sales team.
- Manage CRM updates, lead records, and pipeline reporting.
- Build and manage outreach sequences, personalization workflows, and follow up structures.
- Support daily sales administration tasks to ensure clean workflows and timely coordination.
- Work closely with operations and leadership to align outreach activities with client’s growth goals.
- Track outbound performance and suggest workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Background as an SDR, appointment setter, or sales admin in B2B, SaaS, or similar environments.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional communication style.
- Experience using CRM platforms and outreach tools.
- Organized, tech comfortable, and capable of handling data heavy workflows.
- Proven ability to book meetings consistently.
- Ability to work North American hours.
