Job Title: AI Automation Lead

Overview

FVG is hiring an AI Automation Expert on behalf of a fast growing data and intelligence client. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain high impact automation workflows that support the client’s internal operations and data systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate directly with leadership in a fast moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy automation workflows that optimize internal efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Integrate APIs, internal databases, and external tools to consolidate workflows across teams.
• Develop ETL processes, AI driven solutions, and data workflows that improve accuracy and operational visibility.
• Collaborate closely with the client's leadership team to identify needs, propose solutions, and execute automation strategies.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing automations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Prepare clean documentation and provide guidance to internal users on workflow utilization and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a data related field such as computer science, engineering, or data science.
• Demonstrated experience building real automation systems in active production environments.
• Strong background with APIs, ETL, LLM workflows, scripting, and tool integrations.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong professionalism.
• Proven ability to work with engineering and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work North American hours.
