Job Overview

The Revenue Systems Architect serves as the primary strategist responsible for defining the commercial, financial, and monetization frameworks that power the Proof360 ecosystem. This position leads the design and governance of all revenue-related systems, including pricing structures, funding programs, rebates, BNPL models, embedded insurance, loyalty mechanisms, offer architecture, value stacking, and overall monetization pathways. The role establishes the commercial logic that guides affordability, revenue growth, and margin stability across all Proof brands. The Automation and Revenue Execution Architect will operationalize the systems developed by this role.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy and Monetization Architecture

  • Design end-to-end revenue pathways across all customer journeys.
  • Develop multi-layer value stacking frameworks, which may include rebates, BNPL, insurance, loyalty programs, and bundles.
  • Build cross-sell, upsell, win-back, and lifecycle monetization strategies.
  • Create loyalty program structures, including earning, redemption, and engagement logic.


Funding and Incentive Development

  • Identify and evaluate government rebates, utility incentives, grants, and other funding opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive funding library and eligibility matrix.
  • Assess financial impact, margin implications, and program viability.


Pricing and Margin Management

  • Develop region-specific dynamic pricing models.
  • Define pricing experiments, elasticity assessments, and margin guardrails.
  • Align pricing strategies with vendor commissions and profitability targets.


Financing and Embedded Insurance Strategy

  • Lead the structure and logic of BNPL, consumer financing, and embedded insurance products.
  • Develop affordability decisioning rules and approval pathways.
  • Integrate financing and insurance options into core product offerings.


Revenue Forecasting and Reporting

  • Establish key performance indicators, forecasting methodologies, and revenue models.
  • Deliver 90-day revenue forecasts and monthly Revenue Health Reports.
  • Analyze the performance of pricing levers, funding systems, financing programs, and loyalty mechanisms.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide clear rulebooks and commercial logic to automation teams.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Support, Vendor Management, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Ensure all revenue logic aligns with Proof360 architecture and operational standards.


Required Qualifications

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Fintech product management, particularly in BNPL, lending, underwriting, or embedded finance.
  • Pricing and monetization strategy within SaaS, telecom, or e-commerce environments.
  • Loyalty and rewards program design.
  • Marketplace or subscription revenue strategy.
  • Insurtech product development or strategy.
  • Proven experience in managing or influencing pricing, monetization, or incentive-based systems is required.

  • Proficiency in advanced analytical modeling and financial frameworks.
  • Experience designing revenue structures, incentives, or pricing systems.

  • Understanding of affordability psychology and consumer decision behavior.


This role focuses on commercial architecture and converting insights into revenue systems.
