Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Appointment Setter 

Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred) 

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 

Compensation: $600–$800/month base + performance bonus

About the Role: 

We’re looking for a sharp and reliable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our outreach team. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients generate more qualified sales meetings by executing structured outbound campaigns — including LinkedIn messaging, email outreach, and video follow-ups.

 

You won’t need to close deals — just get interested leads booked onto our clients' calendars. Think of yourself as a calendar-filler, not a closer


Responsibilities: 

  • Use pre-approved templates and outreach tools to send LinkedIn messages and emails 
  • Follow up via LinkedIn and email using scripts and workflows 
  • Book qualified appointments using Calendly and follow-up automation (GHL) 
  • Update outreach tracking sheets, CRM tools, and provide weekly reports 
  • Reconfirm meetings and reduce no-shows with timely reminders 


Requirements: 

  • Strong written English skills (this is critical) 
  • Reliable internet and work setup 
  • Prior experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or virtual assistance 
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Calendly, and email tracking platforms is a plus 
  • Reliable and coachable; we provide templates and training 


Compensation: 

  • Base pay: $600–$800/month USD depending on experience 
  • Bonuses: $3–$5 per qualified booked call + monthly performance incentives
