Job Title: Enterprise Growth Executive (Emergency & Compliance Solutions)

Company: Proof Response Group

Reports To: Sales Leadership

Location: Remote, North America

About Proof Response Group

Proof Response Group (PRG) is a national, 24/7/365 emergency response and facility risk coverage organization serving enterprise, commercial, and regulated

institutions across Canada.

We operate where failure becomes critical.

Most organizations do not proactively search for emergency response partners. The need typically arises when operations are disrupted, facilities are compromised, or regulators and insurers are involved. PRG addresses this reality by entering organizations through mandatory, insurance-driven, and regulatory compliance services, then building those engagements into long-term emergency readiness and response coverage.

Our platform combines:

  • Hands-on emergency response services
  • Proactive compliance, inspection, and documentation programs
  • National vendor orchestration and coverage management
  • Proof360, our governance, documentation, and incident command platform
  • A membership-based model focused on response priority, SLA performance, and risk governance rather than one-off transactions

This role is central to scaling that system nationally.

The Role

As an Enterprise Growth Executive, you are responsible for opening and expanding enterprise relationships through legitimate, operationally necessary entry

points, not traditional sales tactics. You will enter organizations through required compliance, inspection, and documentation services, establish trust through execution and credibility, and convert

those engagements into long-term emergency response and facility coverage memberships.

This is a consultative, judgment-driven enterprise role, not a transactional sales position.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales and Relationship Development

  • Engage enterprise and multi-site organizations using regulatory, insurance, and risk-driven reasons to connect
  • Position PRG as both:
  • A proactive compliance and risk-reduction partner
  • A critical emergency response provider
  • Secure initial engagements that naturally convert into recurring coverage memberships
  • Expand relationships across sites, regions, and service categories

Deal Structure, Discipline, and Governance

  • Work within PRG’s deal systems and revenue architecture to ensure:
  • Every opportunity is logged and traceable
  • Every scope is clearly defined and documented
  • No client context, scope detail, or handoff is lost
  • Maintain enterprise-grade pipeline hygiene suitable for procurement review, audit, and operational execution

Cross-Functional Leadership (Dotted-Line)

  • You will work closely with:
  • Vendor and Partner Operations, ensuring feasibility, coverage accuracy, and execution readiness
  • Customer Success and Account Operations, supporting onboarding, renewals, expansions, and long-term account health
  • Data, Pricing, and Revenue Strategy Leadership, ensuring alignment with pricing logic, margin guardrails, and profitability requirements

Success in this role comes through coordination, judgment, and discipline, not solo execution.

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

By month 12, a top performer will have:

  • Built a repeatable, compliant enterprise sales motion
  • Established trusted relationships across multiple enterprise accounts
  • Converted initial compliance engagements into recurring emergency coverage memberships
  • Maintained a clean, forecastable, and auditable pipeline
  • Become a trusted internal voice on deal quality, scope integrity, and client fit
  • Contributed meaningfully to PRG’s national expansion strategy

Who Thrives in This Role

This role is intentionally designed for top-tier B2B sales and growth professionals.

You will thrive here if you:

  • Prefer long-term value creation over quick wins
  • Remain calm, credible, and structured in high-stakes conversations
  • Understand how procurement, facilities, operations, and risk teams operate
  • Can sell readiness, governance, and trust rather than discounts
  • Take pride in discipline, documentation, and follow-through

Top 10 percent enterprise sellers excel here.

Transactional, volume-driven sellers do not.

Preferred Experience and Background

We are flexible on titles. Strong candidates often come from roles such as:

  • Enterprise Account Executive
  • Strategic Business Development Manager
  • Enterprise Solutions Consultant
  • Commercial Partnerships Lead

Relevant experience may include:

  • Complex, consultative SaaS or technology sales
  • Facilities, compliance, insurance-adjacent, or infrastructure-related sales

Environment Experience

  • Technology-enabled or systems-driven organizations
  • High-accountability, fast-scaling companies
  • Multi-stakeholder, non-impulse sales environments
  • Regulated, risk-sensitive, or operationally critical industries

Skills and Attributes That Matter

  • Executive-level communication and credibility
  • Consultative, non-salesy approach
  • Strong organizational and deal discipline
  • Comfort operating cross-functionally
  • Strategic thinking with operational awareness
  • Ability to remain composed when stakes are high

What This Role Is Not

  • Not high-volume outbound sales
  • Not price-driven or commodity selling
  • Not a loosely structured pipeline role
  • Not a short-cycle, low-context environment

This role rewards judgment, patience, and intelligence.

Compensation Philosophy

Compensation is designed to reward:

  • High-quality enterprise relationships
  • Long-term account value
  • Disciplined deal execution
  • Sustainable growth

Top performers are compensated accordingly. This is not a volume-at-all-costs role.

Why Proof Response Group

  • Help build one of the most defensible enterprise emergency platforms in the market
  • Sell services organizations genuinely need, often before they realize it
  • Work alongside senior operators, pricing strategists, and system architects
  • Influence how deals are structured, not just closed
  • Contribute to a company built for national scale and long-term relevance
